At the end of 2021, the GRP of Andijan region in current prices amounted to 43,790.8 billion soums and, compared to 2020, increased in real terms by 4.7%. In the following main sectors, positive growth rates were noted: in the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sector - 104.5% (share in the GRP structure - 43.3%), construction - 107.9% (5.8%) and the service sector - 109.4% (30.2%). In industry, there was a decrease in volume in comparable prices, which amounted to 98.6% compared to 2020 (the share of this industry in the GRP structure is 20.7%). GRP per capita amounted to 13,596.2 thousand soums and, compared to 2020, increased by 2.7%.
