At the end of 2021, the GRP of the Khorezm region increased by 9.2% and amounted to 26,900.3 billion soums. GRP growth is due to growth rates in agriculture, forestry and fisheries - 103.9% (share in the GRP structure - 45.7%), industry - 117.2% (13.3%), construction - 132.3% (7 .2%) and the service sector - 109.6% (33.8%). GRP per capita increased by 7.6% and amounted to 14,093.5 thousand soums.
