On February 24–25 this year, a scientific and practical conference was held at the specialized training center of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the topic “Peculiarities of procurement of goods in the system of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.
The conference participants discussed the issues of analyzing and finding solutions to existing problems in the process of public procurement in the Armed Forces, determining the prospects for improving financial control in the digital economy.
At the event, Shavkat Jumaniyazov, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Macroeconomic Statistics and National Accounts of the Institute for Advanced Training and Statistical Research under the State Statistics Committee, made a presentation on the topic “Digitalization of the economy is an important direction in reducing the share of the shadow sector.”
At the end of the conference, a group of participants who assisted in holding the event were presented with memorable gifts and letters of thanks.
