For this purpose, Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 14, 2021 No. PP - 4954 “On measures to further develop and popularize chess, as well as improve the system for training chess players” was adopted. various sports competitions aimed at the widespread introduction of a healthy lifestyle.

In particular, on April 21 this year, the State Committee on Statistics organized a “Chess Day”. It was attended by employees of the departments of the Central Office.

In the chess tournament among the employees of the central office, Olimjon Sidikov took the 1st place, Zainiddin Egamshukurov took the 2nd place and Zhurat Mirsaidov took the 3rd place. The winners were presented with memorable gifts.

Such events, in turn, promote a healthy lifestyle, help build a society of physically strong and spiritually mature people. Also, it is important to involve employees of the State Committee on Statistics in mass sports, increase mutual understanding, solidarity and increase work efficiency.
