According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers "On measures to prepare and conduct registration work in the field of agriculture as an experiment in the Republic of Uzbekistan" dated April 19, 2022 No. 197, a pilot agricultural census is scheduled in the Zhambay district of the Samarkand region and the Parkent district of the Tashkent region in August 2022
In order to implement this resolution, preparations are underway for a trial agricultural census.
According to the Program for the preparation and conduct of the pilot agricultural census, from June 1, 2022, practical training sessions are organized for persons compiling the list of housing and economic entities (registrars) in the Dzhambay district of the Samarkand region and the Parkent district of the Tashkent region.
At the training practical classes, they explain the goals and objectives of the pilot agricultural census, explain the responsibilities of the persons compiling the list of housing and economic entities, about the main legal documents in the field of preparing and conducting the agricultural census, the structure of the census questionnaires, and also teach ethical standards to persons compiling list of housing and business entities, and consider many other issues. At the same time, participants were also given the opportunity to test their theoretical knowledge in a one-day practical session.
