Since August 22 of this year, a course on "Fundamentals of Statistics" has been organized at the Institute for Advanced Training and Statistical Research under the State Committee on Statistics.
This training course trains all categories of employees of the central office of the State Committee on Statistics and territorial departments of statistics who do not have a basic education in the field of statistics and economics.
It should be noted that in accordance with the Decree of the President of our country “On measures to further improve and develop the National Statistical System of the Republic of Uzbekistan” dated August 3, 2020, the task was set to organize various training courses on the “Fundamentals of Statistics” in order to form knowledge and skills employees of state and economic management bodies and sectors of the economy.
In order to ensure the implementation of this resolution, the teaching staff of the Institute for Advanced Studies and Statistical Research under the State Committee on Statistics holds a broad understanding of the "Fundamentals of Statistics" for teachers and students of higher educational institutions, employees of state and economic administration.
At these training courses, students are provided with information on the analysis of macroeconomic statistical indicators, the implementation of the integration of national statistics into international statistics, and the formation of statistical data.
Also, the participants of the training course are provided with a detailed understanding of the texts of lectures, presentation materials, analytical statistical data prepared on socio-economic statistics.
