In January-June 2022, a total of 4175.9 billion soums of investments in fixed assets was disbursed in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, an increase of 23.2% compared to the same period in 2021. In the structure of these investments, foreign investments and loans amounted to 1363.1 billion soums, of which 409.5 billion soums were foreign loans guaranteed by the Republic of Uzbekistan, 953.6 billion soums were foreign direct investments and loans.
