According to the results of January-June 2022, the gross value added (GVA) in construction in the Tashkent region amounted to 2,424.9 billion soums and, compared to the same period in 2021, increased by 10.6%. In the period under review, the share of this sector in GRP reached 5.9% and increased by 0.8 percentage points compared to January-June last year, and by 2.8 percentage points compared to the same period in 2018.
