On December 3, 2021, the Head of State adopted decrees “On measures to organize the activities of hokim assistants on the development of entrepreneurship, employment and poverty reduction in the mahalla” and “On priority areas of state policy for the development of entrepreneurship, employment and poverty reduction in the mahalla ".
In order to ensure the execution of decrees, assistants to the hokim, as well as special representatives of state bodies and organizations of the republic, are attached to each mahalla.
145 employees from the State Committee on Statistics system also work as hokim's assistants.
Attached assistants to khokims communicate daily with residents in mahallas, listen to their problems and try to eliminate existing shortcomings in a timely manner.
Khudoyberdiev Fakhriddin Farhad ogli, Hokim assistant in the Chamanbog mahalla of the Almazar district of Tashkent, also works on the development of family business, providing financial assistance to newly created business entities, and providing assistance to needy families.
For reference, 5245 people live in the Chamanbog mahalla. Of these, there are 5 people in the Iron Notebook, 106 people in the Women's Notebook, and 16 people in the Youth Notebook.
Since starting work as an Hokim assistant , 1198 apartments have been fully inspected. As a result of registration, 8 citizens were granted loans in the amount of 247 million soums and 13 citizens received subsidies in the amount of 130 million soums.
As a result of the practical work carried out at the gathering of citizens of the mahalla, 15 new business entities were created, and 396 citizens were employed.
At the initiative of Hokim assistant Khudoyberdiev Fakhriddin Farhad ogli, for 8 months of 2022, 247 million rubles were allocated to 8 citizens of the Chamanbog mahalla for entrepreneurial activities. concessional loans in the amount of soums were allocated.
