On December 3, 2021, the Head of State adopted decrees “On measures to organize the activities of assistant khokims on the development of entrepreneurship, employment and poverty reduction in the mahalla” and “On priority areas of state policy for the development of entrepreneurship, employment and poverty reduction in the mahalla”.

In order to ensure the execution of decrees, assistants to the hokim, as well as special representatives of state bodies and organizations of the republic, are attached to each mahalla of our country to increase the efficiency of their work.

19 representatives of the republic from the Goskomstat system also work together with assistant khokims to develop entrepreneurship, ensure employment and reduce poverty in mahallas of districts and cities.

Attached representatives of the republic and assistants to khokims communicate daily with residents in mahallas, listen to their problems and try to eliminate existing shortcomings in a timely manner.

Rakhimjon Sotvoldiyev, appointed as the representative of the Republic from the State Committee on Statistics in the Zhalakuduk district of the Andijan region, is also working to improve the quality of life of the population together with the hokim's assistants working in the mahallas of the district.

For information, 192 thousand people live in 63 mahallas of Zhalakuduk district. Of these, 96 people are listed in the Iron Notebook, 3,850 people are in the Women's Notebook, and 113 citizens are in the Youth Notebook.
