On November 7 of this year, a meeting of the working group of the State Committee on Statistics on the study of the establishment of personnel work and financial condition in the territorial administration was held at the Department of Statistics of the Khorezm region.
The purpose of the event is to ensure compliance with the rules of etiquette by civil servants and prevent their violations, as well as the formation of a high professional culture among civil servants of the Khorezm region, a healthy spiritual climate and working mood in the team.
The meeting was held by the head of the Department of Statistics of the Khorezm region Asfandiyar Utamuratov.
The head of the personnel department of the State Committee on Statistics, Zulhumor Talipova, spoke about the content of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated October 14, 2022 No. 595 “On additional measures to ensure compliance with the code of ethics and conduct by civil servants”, as well as the “Model rules of etiquette for civil servants”, approved on the basis of this decision.
Also, the head of the financial and economic department of the State Statistics Committee, Jamshid Shirinov, explained the changes being made to the system in terms of remuneration of employees, the procedure for paying personal allowances and bonuses, and paying travel allowances.
