At a meeting on measures to improve national statistics, chaired by the head of state, the issue of human resources was raised, and instructions were given to train and improve the skills of all specialists in the statistical system. On the basis of a specific plan established by the State Committee on Statistics, a systematic training program for the staff of the committee's central office and regional statistical offices was developed and approved.
Based on this schedule, online seminars are organized to improve the skills of the system's employees and further improve their knowledge and capabilities in this area.
On November 15, 2022, the Department for Maintaining and Maintaining the System of Statistical Registers of the State Committee on Statistics organized a video conference aimed at improving the skills of employees of territorial departments.
At the event, Goskomstat specialists studied the knowledge and potential of employees of territorial statistical offices in maintaining statistical registers and system maintenance, methods of maintaining statistics of enterprises and organizations.
Nurbek Abdukhalilovich Sheraliev, Head of the Department for Maintenance and System Maintenance of Statistical Registers, presented his proposals on the work that should be done in order to ensure the implementation of the relevant regulatory legal acts.
During the videoconference, employees of the State Committee on Statistics and territorial departments of statistics exchanged views on the development of the system, discussing and analyzing the existing problems and shortcomings in the industry. The employees of the State Committee on Statistics provided the employees of the territorial statistical offices with practical proposals and recommendations.
Videoconferences of such practical importance are systematically organized by other departments of the State Committee on Statistics.
