In order to ensure the implementation of the tasks specified in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 30, 2022 No. PF - 144 “On measures to further improve the seismic safety system of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, the Ministry of Emergency Situations is conducting practical activities with various government bodies and other organizations.
On December 6 of this year, an event was organized at the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the topic “Preparing the population for correct actions during an earthquake.”
At the event, Agency employees were given relevant recommendations on the topic from specialists from the Institute of Civil Protection. Information was also given about various possible emergency situations that may arise.
The employees of the Statistics Agency received important recommendations they needed for themselves.
