On December 15, a meeting was held at the Statistics Department of the Republic of Karakalpakstan with the participation of the head of the human resources department of the Statistics Agency - the chairman of the women's organization Zulhumor Talipova.
The meeting was attended by women working in the department.
Separately, Zulhumor Talipova focused on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 14, 2022 No. 595 “On additional measures to ensure compliance with the rules of conduct by state civil servants” and the “Model Rules of Conduct of State Civil Servants” approved on this basis.
In particular, she drew the attention of those present to the fact that such important procedures as professional culture, performance and ethics of a civil servant during non-working hours determine the status of each employee.
Alternatively, she spoke about the activities of the women's primary organization created in the department and its role in the lives of women.
The head of human resources management and the chairman of the women's organization, Zulhumor Talipova, made recommendations and proposals for providing comprehensive support to women, aimed at improving the socio-economic situation and working conditions, to the primary organization created under the territorial administration.
The meeting also summed up the results of the outgoing year and discussed the tasks facing primary organizations in the new year 2024, in particular, a proposal was put forward to organize exams and competitions among women in the statistics system at the republican level.
