At the Navoi branch of the private university “Profi University”, employees of the department on organizing and conducting census processes of the Navoi region statistics department held a seminar on the topic “The importance of the population census”.
The seminar was attended by specialists from the regional statistical department, teachers and university students.
During the seminar, the issues of preparing schematic maps of all existing cities and districts of the region, as well as mahallas and rural settlements were raised.
Information was also presented on the main goals and objectives of the census event in our republic, and on the preparatory processes carried out in this direction.
The students' questions were answered in detail by specialists from the statistical department.
