In order to ensure the fulfillment of the priority tasks set out in the protocol of the Statistical Council of the Agency of Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 1 dated March 22, 2024, including the uniformity of mutual information in the accounting of legal entities, an on-site study was conducted with a working group established in the Tax Committee under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In particular, on April 18 of this year, a meeting was held at the Department of Statistics of the Republic of Karakalpakstan with the participation of Nurbek Sheraliev, head of the Department of Statistical Registers and System Services of the Agency, employees of the department, regional tax authorities and representatives of the working group.
It was noted at the event that the working group will carry out systematic work on the activity status of legal entities.
Also, the database of enterprises and organizations should be compared with the database of tax authorities and provide explanations on the unification of the identified differences.
At the end of the meeting, representatives of the working group answered the questions of the participants in detail.
