On April 19 of this year, at the Department of Statistics of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, with the participation of the head of the Department for Maintaining Statistical Registers and System Services under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Nurbek Sheraliev, a seminar was organized with regional divisions on the preparation and conduct of the population census through the Zoom platform.
At the seminar, appropriate tasks were given to the regional divisions of the Office of the Republic of Karakalpakstan of the Association of Mahallas of Uzbekistan to install license plates on the streets of mahallas and houses without license plates.
At the same time, an agreement was reached that the Statistics Department of the Republic of Karakalpakstan will provide at the end of each week summary data on the numbering of houses and apartments without numbering, as well as on streets with changed names and without establishing nameplates.
