In the Republic of Uzbekistan, in January-March 2024, large enterprises produced 2,142 tons of smoked and semi-smoked sausages; compared to the corresponding period in 2023, production volume increased by 16.4 %.
In March 2024, large enterprises produced 803 tons of smoked and semi-smoked sausages.
