On August 15 of this year, the Statistical Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan organized an onlayn webinar on the topic “Status of work on drawing up an organizational plan for a population census as an experiment” for the employees of the Department for Organizing and Conducting Census Processes of the statistical departments of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and Tashkent city.
This webinar explained in detail the priority tasks on the stages of preparation for the census and the procedure for drawing up an organizational plan for the population census issues established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to organize the activities of the Agency of Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan” dated March 4, 2024 PP-114.
After the webinar, the employees of the Department for Organizing and Conducting Census Processes were asked test questions and their level of proficiency in the topic was assessed.
