On November 29, 2024, the Statistics Agency hosted a presentation on the results of a seminar on "Transition to a process-based statistics organization" organized by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova on November 19-21 this year.
At the presentation, the head of the Department for the Formation of Consolidated Analytical Information on Industrial Statistics, Bekzod Yuldashev, and the chief specialist of the Statistical Methodology and Innovation Management Department of the Statistical Work and Methodology Department, Rustam Ruzaev, who took part in this seminar, shared their knowledge and skills with the agency staff.
In particular, the presentation provided information on the adopted normative legal acts, roadmaps, training seminars, international meetings and exchange of experience on the implementation of international models in this area.
This seminar will create wide opportunities for further development of the field of statistics in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the introduction of modern technologies into it, and also plays an important role in the effective implementation of international models of GSIM, GSPBM and GAMSO models.
During the presentation, an exchange of views on this topic took place, and the participants received detailed answers to all their questions.
