New members of the Gokomstat board approved

In accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to further improve and develop the national system of statistics of the Republic of Uzbekistan", large-scale reforms are being carried out in the field.

By the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 21, 2020 No. 578 “On approval of the composition of the members of the collegium of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on statistics”, the number of members of the collegium in the amount of 13 people was determined and its composition was approved.

Ensuring the interaction of the committee with government agencies and organizations;
Considers issues related to assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of programs, strategies and concepts for the development of the sphere of official statistics.
