On May 13 of this year, a meeting was held at the National Statistics Committee with experts from the International Advisory Council.
The event was attended by senior staff of the central office, led by the Chairman of the National Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as experts from the International Advisory Council including Alfred Gusenbauer, Aleksander Kwaśniewski, Štefan Füle, and Khojiislom Mukhtorov, a specialist from the Agency for Strategic Reforms.
The meeting discussed developing a demographic policy strategy, conducting an in-depth analysis of current demographic trends, determining effective measures based on these processes, and other areas of cooperation.
