According to the National Statistics Committee, 10 thousand Japanese citizens visited the Republic of Uzbekistan for tourism purposes in January- May 2025.
Compared to the corresponding period last year, their number increased by 3.5 thousand people or by 53.2%.

tourism – 8,950 people
visiting relatives – 751 people
official – 286 people
study – 36 people
commercial – 1 person
