According to the National Statistics Committee, in January–July 2025 a total of 11.4 thousand Azerbaijani citizens visited Uzbekistan for tourism purposes.
This figure increased by 1.8 thousand compared to the same period of the previous year.
During this period, the purposes of visits by Azerbaijani citizens to Uzbekistan were distributed as follows:
travel – 6,985 people
official – 892 people
visiting relatives – 3,500 people
study – 6 people
commercial – 3 people
medical treatment – 5 people
