In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-173 "On the Population and Agricultural Census," from January 15 to February 28, 2026, the event "Population and Agricultural Census" is planned to be held in our country.
In order to thoroughly prepare for this event, territorial statistical bodies are organizing training seminars for trainers who train census takers on the ground.
These seminars provide a broad understanding of the essence and content of the Decree, the stages of registration, and its significance. Information is also provided on information systems used in the registration process, the procedure for filling out electronic questionnaires, and other important topics.
Such training seminars serve to organize the processes of conducting an important event - the population and agriculture census at a high level and based on international requirements.
