According to the National Statistics Committee, as of October 1, 2025, 25,589 commercial enterprises operate in the catering sector in Uzbekistan.
In January-August of this year, the turnover of public catering enterprises exceeded 167.9 trillion soums.
This indicator increased by 13.8% compared to the corresponding period of 2024.
