According to the National Statistics Committee, as of November 1, 2025, 399.8 thousand commercial organizations operate in Uzbekistan.
Of these, 313 thousand are limited liability companies (LLCs), which is 78.3% of the total number of enterprises.
The number of enterprises by organizational and legal form is as follows:
Limited Liability Company - 313,043 (78.3%);
Private enterprises - 46,776 (11.7%);
Family enterprises - 36,161 (9%);
Joint-stock companies - 632 (0.2%);
Others - 3 199 (0.8%).
