According to the National Statistics Committee, as of December 1, 2025, 405.5 thousand commercial organizations operate in Uzbekistan.
Of these, 318.3 thousand are limited liability companies (LLC), which is 78.5 % of the total number of enterprises.
The number of enterprises by organizational and legal form is as follows:
Limited Liability Company - 318 313 (78.5 %);
Private enterprises - 46,996 (11.6 %);
Family businesses - 36,292 (8.9 %);
Joint-stock companies - 639 (0.2 %);
Others - 3,283 (0.8 %).
