According to the National Statistics Committee, in January-November 2025, Uzbekistan exported 2 million tons of fruits and vegetables worth 1.9 billion US dollars.
The value of exports increased by 36.8 % compared to the corresponding period last year, and their share in the total volume of exports amounted to 6.3%.
Their composition is as follows:
fruits and berries - 580.9 thousand tons;
vegetables - 553 thousand tons;
watermelons and melons - 232.9 thousand tons;
peanuts and nuts - 25.8 thousand tons;
mung bean - 129.6 thousand tons;
others - 500 thousand tons.
