On November 12 this year, a webinar was organized, which was dedicated to the discussion of the measures carried out on the works related to the conduct of the population census in our country in 2023.
Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Statistics - Makhmudjon Ziyadullayev, head of the Department for Organization and Conduct of Census Processes - Kobil Berdikulov, heads of Divisions, as well as the representatives of the territorial statistics Departments took part in it.
The trainings, held in the Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions in the period from 2 to 6 November this year, were analyzed at the meeting.
After the analysis of statistical data related to population, the number of people living in the populated localities, the state of the study of cartographic materials, the works carried out on the full numbering of apartments and houses had been discussed, actions to be fulfilled had been identified.
The employees of the territorial statistics Departments were provided with appropriate proposals and recommendations on what should be paid attention to in the process of preparing for the conduct of the population census.
