In order to identify talented students, encourage them and form a future talent pool for the National Statistics Committee, the competition for the “National Statistics Committee Scholarship” is hereby announced.
Who can participate?
Students enrolled full-time education in higher education institutions in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, specializing in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Information Technology and Data Science and Analysis:
– 3rd–4th -year Undergraduate students;
– Master’s degree students.
Selection stages
The selection will be conducted in 3 stages:
Stage 1 – Submission and review of documents (qualification stage).
Stage 2 – Theoretical assessment tests (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Analytical Thinking, IQ, English).
Stage 3 – Interview with the members of the selection commision.
Successful Stage 1 applicants will be contacted and invited to Stage 2.

Documents to be submitted:
- Resume (CV, including contact information);
- Motivation Letter;
- Academic Transcripts;
- Language proficiency certificates (if any);
- Evidence of Scientific Research (if any);
- Evidence on achievements and extracurricular activity with supporting documents (if any).
Awardees and Scholarship
According to the results of the competition, 10 winners will be determined and they will receive a scholarship equal to 3 times the BCV (basic calculated value) during the second half of the 2025-2026 academic year (February-June).
