On November 26, this year, a video conference was organized with the assistance of the French Embassy in Uzbekistan, together with the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on statistics and the National Institute of statistics and economic research of France.
The purpose of this video conference is to study the French experience in the census.

Employees Of the Department for organizing and conducting census processes of the State Committee on Statistics exchanged views with an employee of the National Institute of statistics and economic research of France, Jean-Francois Baron.
Experts provided information on best practices in the field of population censuses, continuous French methodology in the census process, local building registers and their use.
