According to the National Statistics Committee, as of July 1, 2026, there are 1,236,126 small businesses operating in Uzbekistan.
Their composition is as follows:
Small enterprises and micro-firms (including farms and dekhkan farms) - 526,659
Individual entrepreneurs, dehkan farms, artisans, and sellers of imported goods - 709,467
In January–June 2026, 44,000 new small enterprises and micro-firms (excluding farms and dekhkan farms) were established.
