According to the National Statistics Committee, 440.1 thousand commercial organizations were operating in Uzbekistan as of 1 July 2026.
Of these, 351.6 thousand were limited liability companies (LLCs), accounting for 79.9% of the total number of commercial organizations.
The number of commercial organizations by legal form was as follows:
limited liability companies — 351,586 (79.9%);
private enterprises — 47,107 (10.7%);
family enterprises — 37,192 (8.5%);
joint-stock companies — 644 (0.1%);
other legal forms — 3,611 (0.8%).
