According to the National Statistics Committee, as of August 1, 2026, there are 445,700 commercial organizations operating in Uzbekistan.
Of these, 356,800 were limited liability companies (LLCs), accounting for 80.1% of the total number of commercial organizations.
Number of commercial organizations by organizational and legal form:
limited liability companies - 356,812 (80.1 percent);
private enterprises - 47,241 (10.6 percent);
family enterprises - 37,345 (8.4 percent);
joint-stock companies - 646 (0.1 percent);
others - 3,653 (0.8 percent).
