According to the National Statistics Committee, the volume of transport services in Uzbekistan amounted to 141.7 trillion soums in January–August 2026.
This figure increased by 15.9% compared to the corresponding period of 2025.
Breakdown of transport services by type:
road transport — 52.1%;
support activities for transportation — 15.4%;
air transport — 15.1%;
railway transport — 9.5%;
pipeline transport — 7.9%.
