In order to assess the living standards of the population in the Saykhunabad district of the Syrdarya region, sample household surveys are being conducted.
The survey is carried out using specially designed questionnaires with direct visits to 400 randomly selected households in all makhallas of Saykhunabad district.
During the observation, indicators are formed that reflect the structure of consumer spending, consumption of basic food products, income of the population, the level of provision with durable goods, assessing the standard of living of the population.
On January 19 of this year, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Statistics Mahmudjon Ziyadullayev visited the Saykhunabad district of the Syrdarya region in order to directly familiarize himself with the monitoring process.
Ziyadullaev inquired about the opinion of the survey participants about the process, studied their proposals and made appropriate recommendations.
