On the initiative of the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports, the winter extreme sports festival "Chimgan-Eco-2021" and "Chimgan Extreme-2021"was held on February 12-14 in the village of Chimgan, Tashkent region.
The purpose of organizing this event is to ensure the implementation of the decree of the Head of our State "On measures for the development of winter sports", as well as the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers "On Additional measures to support a healthy lifestyle and increase physical activity of the population".
This festival was attended by sports propagandists, as well as media workers from 150 ministries and organizations of the republic. During the festival, competitions were held in several areas. 
In particular, on Saturday, February 13, competitions in such sports as basketball, volleyball, badminton and mini-football were organized. It was attended by sports promoters of organizations, as well as representatives of the media. In addition, a special training seminar was held during the day, where explanations were given to the promoters on the organization of sports competitions in their organizations. The amateur athletes who successfully performed were presented with memorable gifts.
According to the results of the festival competitions in mini-football, the chief specialist of the State Committee on Statistics Inoyatov Sarvarbek took the honorable second place and was awarded a prize diploma.
