Special attention is paid to such issues as dialogue with the people, organization of work on the basis of a new system developed at the initiative of the head of our state Shavkat Mirziyoyev - for makhallas and citizens, studying problems on the ground and finding solutions.
Based on this, under the leadership of the Chairman of the State Committee on Statistics Begalov Bahodir Abdusalomovich, research is being carried out in the makhallas of Yukori, Chirchik district, Tashkent region.
In the period from 23 to 25 February of this year, the leadership of the State Statistics Committee, representatives of the Yukori khokimiyat of the Chirchik region, visiting the mahallas, received information about the living standards of the population, the elderly, the disabled, those who have lost their breadwinner, studied their problems and, together with the relevant responsible organizations of the region, provide assistance looking for a solution. Special attention is paid to those who are registered in “Temir daftar”, “Ayollar daftari”, “Yoshlar daftari” mahallas, to restore their health and provide employment.
When the well-being of the population living in the district gatherings of citizens of the “Obodon” and “Farovon” neighborhoods was studied in the “Mahallabay” system of work, the majority of citizens asked for a loan to organize and further develop their entrepreneurial business. Their appeals were communicated to the responsible persons of the banks attached to the territory, and appropriate instructions were given on the allocation of loans.
In the course of the research work of the leadership of the State Statistics Committee in the makhallas of Yukori, Chirchik district, such issues as improvement and landscaping of residential buildings, the condition of the streets, the level of drinking water, electricity and gas supply were taken under control, according to the decision of which appeals are sent to the relevant organizations.
