On the initiative of the representatives of the working group, together with the State Committee on Statistics and the Department of Statistics the city of Tashkent, research is being carried out in the mahallas of the Yangikhayat district of Tashkent city, as well as “hashar”s are organized locally.
In particular, the staff of the Committee cleared the streets and irrigation ditches in the mahallas “Navkiron”, “Yuldosh”, “Yangiumid”, “Vikor”, “Dustlik” and “Choshtepa” of the Yangikhai region.
Also, trees on the territory of the makhalla were whitewashed and more than 600 fruit and ornamental seedlings were planted.
The work system of “Mahallabay” studies the problems of citizens who are on the lists in “Temir daftar”, “Ayollar daftari”, “Yoshlar daftari”. On other issues of concern to citizens, appeals were sent to the relevant organizations, the execution of which was taken under control.
Representatives of the working group visited the elderly, those who have lost their breadwinner, the disabled and the needy. They were provided with the necessary foodstuffs, and a wheelchair was provided to a citizen living in the “Yuldosh” mahalla.
The study of the “Mahallabay” system of work, which is of such practical importance, continues.
