On March 25 of this year, a seminar was organized to discuss the population census in our country in 2023.
Heads of departments and representatives of the Department of Statistics of the city of Tashkent took part in the seminar, conducted under the leadership of the head of the Department of Organization and Conduct of Census Processes of the State Committee on Statistics, Kobul Berdikulov.
At the meeting, the state of the study of cartographic materials, schematic plans and maps prepared in accordance with the technical conditions, the state of updating the tables formed according to the lists of apartments available in settlements with an indication of the population size, cases of setting numbers in houses, as well as the ongoing campaign were discussed to explain to the general public the essence and content of the population census.
Employees of the Department of Statistics of the city of Tashkent were provided with appropriate proposals and recommendations on what should be paid attention to when preparing for the population census.
