On May 6 this year, a webinar on the topic “Improving the quality and reliability of statistical data” was organized at the State Statistics Committee.
The event was attended by representatives the Departments of International Cooperation and Information Exchange, the Organization and methodology of statistical work of the State Statistics Committee, as well as heads and chiefs of territorial statistical offices.
At the webinar, the issues of fulfilling the tasks defined by the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 3, 2020 No. 4796 "On measures to further improve and develop the National System of Statistics of the Republic of Uzbekistan", including improving human resources, improving the skills of managers and employees of subordinate divisions of the State Statistics Committee.
Head of the Department of International Cooperation and Data Exchange Mamadaliev Odiljon Toirovich made a presentation on this topic.
Also during the event, employees of territorial statistical offices received detailed answers to their questions.
