On May 4-5 this year, the State Committee on Statistics organized training courses on the topic “Implementation of the HR system”.
The purpose of this training is to ensure the fulfillment of the tasks set by the Head of our state at a meeting on measures to improve the national statistics, held on June 1, 2020 under the leadership of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, to develop the statistical system, increase the human resources of specialists in this area.
During these courses, the teachers of the Tashkent State Economic University Sanjar Goyibnazarov, Samandar Kurbonov, Dilnoza Ganieva provided explanations on the topic to the staff of the State Committee on Statistics.
In particular, the participants of the training improved their qualifications on such topics as "Implementation of the HR system in enterprises and organizations", "Concepts of recruiting and recruitment", "Soft and complex skills in demand in the labor market after 2020", "Comparability of marketing processes and Recruiting, “Personnel Benefits That HR Professionals Should Know”.
Participants also received detailed information about modern methodological techniques such as “Types of interviews conducted before admission of candidates”, “Onboarding technology levels”, “Pros and cons of KPI system”, “Coaching and mentoring”.
During the training, the teachers exchanged views with the audience on improving the quality and reliability of statistical data, further improving and developing the national statistical system, told about important tasks that need to be implemented in the future.
