In January-March 2022, the highest share in the volume of construction work performed by large construction organizations was noted in Tashkent - 32.1% of the total volume of construction work in this region, or 183.4% compared to the corresponding period of 2021.

It should be noted that the industrial sector is one of the sectors with the highest potential among the sectors of the economy. Compared to 2018, the growth rate of the number of operating industrial enterprises amounted to 182.7 percent.

In the structure of investments in fixed assets disbursed from centralized sources of financing in January-March 2022, the share of investments through foreign loans guaranteed by the Republic of Uzbekistan in the total volume of investments in fixed assets amounted to 3.0%.

The retail trade turnover in January-March 2022 reached 59 057,3 billion soums and increased by 10,8% compared to the same period in 2021.
