In January-September 2024, the largest contribution to the formation of the republic's GDP was made by Tashkent city with a share of 19.0%. Tashkent and Navoi regions rank next with indicators of 10.1% and 8.0%, respectively. The smallest share in the formation of the republic's GDP is made by Syrdarya (1.9%), Jizzakh (3.0%) regions and the Republic of Karakalpakstan (3.0%).
