As we reported earlier, on June 5-7 of this year in the city of Samarkand, the Agency of Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in cooperation with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) department continues the regional seminar "Industrial Statistics" within the framework of the project "Development of statistical indicators for improving industrial statistics and analysis of industrial development in some countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia".
In January-April 2024, high growth rates were recorded for services in the field of education (131.5 %), communications and information services (119.8 %), financial services (118.2 %) and healthcare services (114.4 %).
