In order to study the experience of the Malaysian state in the organization and implementation of registration in the field of agriculture, a study tour was organized in the cities of Putrajaya, Seremban and Malacca on September 24-26, 2024.

Ikramov Agzam Anvardjonovich, the deputy director of the Agency of Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the responsible staff took part in this event.
During the trip, he was closely acquainted with the process of registration in the field of agriculture in Malaysia and the work done to prepare for it.

In particular, the history of the Malaysian agricultural census, the preparation processes for the census this year, the subjects covered, the GIS technologies used, the questionnaires and their indicators system, the MyAgriCensus information system, the administrative data used, and the quality control work of the Malaysian Statistics Office. Information was provided by the responsible staff.

At the same time, in order to become familiar with the registration processes during the trip, visiting the cities of Seremban and Malacca, participating in the survey processes conducted directly with the fisheries, the experiences in this regard were studied.
