Currently, a pilot agricultural census is being conducted in the Djambay district of the Samarkand region and the Parkent district of the Tashkent region.
These events are organized in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 197 of April 19, 2022 "On measures to prepare and conduct registration work in the field of agriculture as an experiment in the Republic of Uzbekistan"
In this process, specially trained registrars will conduct a local census of residential premises and business entities based on their availability.
The Chairman of the State Committee on Statistics Begalov Bakhodir Abdusalomovich got acquainted with the trial agricultural census processes conducted in the Djambay district of the Samarkand region.
The registrars also inform the population in detail about the goals and objectives of the census in the field of agriculture, the main regulatory legal acts regulating the preparation and conduct of the census.
