In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 11, 2020 No. 710, from November 1 to 25, 2021, in the Khojaabad district of the Andijan region, the Yukori Chirchik district of the Tashkent region, the City of Khiva, the Khorezm region and the Yashnabad district of the City of Tashkent, it is planned to conduct a pilot census.
In order to thoroughly prepare for this event, a complete population census is planned for November this year in the regions where it is planned to conduct a pilot population census.
For this, from among the citizens wishing to take part in the census processes as a probationary period, on the basis of an interview, they were selected and recruited for temporary work on a contract basis.
In order to effectively carry out these activities, training and preparation for the process of the pilot census of persons carrying out population registration continues.
In particular, since October 4 of this year, training and practical seminars have been held in pilot regions to train and improve the practical skills of persons involved in work on a contract basis (the head of the registration section and his deputy, instructor, stationary registrar and registrar) according to a special program.
At the seminars, employees are provided with explanations on the organization of the census work, the use of housing lists based on schematic maps of makhallas prepared by the cadastral authorities, the correct filling of questionnaires, communication with respondents, storage and delivery of completed forms.
The workshops will run throughout October based on the agreed schedule.
