According to the National Statistics Committee, as of September 1, 2026, there are 30,390 commercial enterprises operating in the catering sector in Uzbekistan.
Of these, 148 are large enterprises and 30,242 are small enterprises and micro-firms.
In January-August 2026, the turnover of public catering enterprises reached 208.7 trillion soums.
This figure increased by 26.7% in real terms compared to the corresponding period of 2025.
